General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding legal agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and qq55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the qq55 website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, and all related features available at qq55.im.

qq55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the qq55 platform. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are advised to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the qq55 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing qq55 from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of qq55 or any of its game and software providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account permanently closed by qq55 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not using any automated system, bot, or script to access or interact with the qq55 platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when making financial decisions on the platform.

qq55 may request documentary proof of age at any point — including at registration, before processing the first withdrawal, or following any account review. Accepted documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by qq55 will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on qq55. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. qq55 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held across them.

When registering an account on qq55, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not use false names, fictitious identity details, or another person's information. The details you provide at registration must match the identity documents you present during verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qq55 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out under your qq55 account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify qq55 support immediately.

qq55 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for the refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on qq55 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). qq55 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside qq55's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the qq55 account. qq55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This policy is in place to protect users from fraud and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Before processing any withdrawal, qq55 may require the account holder to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a national identity card, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. The KYC review process is typically completed within 48 hours of document submission.

qq55 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the affected user will be notified and given an opportunity to clarify the matter with the qq55 support team.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on qq55 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, competition, or game type selected. General betting rules that apply across all markets on qq55 are set out below. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. qq55 does not accept bet cancellations or amendments after a bet has been placed and accepted by the platform.
• qq55 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error. Affected users will be refunded the stake amount in full.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event due to significant incidents (e.g., injury, weather stoppage, VAR review). Bets placed before the market was suspended remain valid unless the event is subsequently abandoned.
• If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum duration required for settlement purposes, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Minimum duration rules are published in the sport-specific rules section of the platform.
• qq55 casino games — including live dealer games, slots, and instant games — operate on certified random number generators (RNG) or live studio feeds from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. Current limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by qq55 at any time without prior notice.
• qq55 does not allow the use of betting bots, automated wagering software, or any external system designed to gain an unfair advantage over other users or the platform. Accounts found using such tools will be permanently closed.

For cricket betting specifically, qq55 covers all major markets including match winner, top batsman, total runs, wickets, over-by-over scores, and ball-by-ball in-play markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Settlement of cricket bets follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method adjustments where applicable in weather-affected matches.

Bonuses & Promotions

qq55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all qq55 promotions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• qq55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Players with active bonus funds at the time of cancellation will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete the wagering requirement.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or patterns of low-risk betting designed to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the qq55 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on qq55 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on qq55, or assisting another person to register an account in breach of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the qq55 platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate betting markets, collude with other players, or engage in arbitrage strategies that exploit pricing errors on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access account features, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's qq55 account without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any qq55 software or game.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward qq55 staff or other users via any communication channel on the platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using qq55 as a vehicle to transfer or conceal illegally obtained funds.

qq55 takes anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations seriously. The platform applies transaction monitoring across all accounts. Unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or deposits from unverified sources will trigger a compliance review. During a compliance review, the account may be restricted from withdrawals until the review is complete.

Account Suspension & Closure

qq55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations requiring account action.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Users may also voluntarily close their qq55 account at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (subject to withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to the user's verified payment method. Active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Where an account is closed by qq55 due to a breach of these Terms, qq55 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, qq55 may forfeit the balance in accordance with its internal enforcement policy. Users affected by such a decision may raise a formal dispute with the qq55 support team within 30 days of being notified of the closure.

Self-exclusion is a voluntary responsible gaming tool available to all qq55 users. A self-exclusion request will result in the account being closed for the duration chosen by the user — from a minimum of one week to a permanent self-exclusion.
